Exterior and Interior:
While you may think of an SUV as merely an old school kid hauler designed exclusively for functionality, the Jeep Cherokee design looks sleek and cool with its curved body, 7-slot grille and LED headlamps.
Meanwhile, the cargo space is roomy enough to store all your earthly belongings, and maybe some extra gear for that upcoming camping trip. Conveniently, the rear seats of the Jeep Cherokee can be folded, offering 1,634 L (or 57.5 cu ft) of storage space.
The 2021 Jeep Cherokee also comes with tech features that include a standard 7-inch touchscreen UConnect infotainment system, which is compatible with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. The display is customizable, with a button on the steering wheel which will display everything from temperature to tire pressure to fuel level.
Engine and Performance:
There are three engine options available for Jeep Cherokee models, which include the fully loaded 2.4 L Tigershark MultiAir engine with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Other than this beast, the 2021 Cherokee also comes with the option of a 3.2L Pentastar V6 engine, also equipped with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The V6 engine is standard on the Altitude, Trailhawk and Limited trim levels, and is also available on the Sport and the North. Meanwhile, the 2.0L Turbo engine with a nine-speed automatic transmission is available on Altitude and Limited. The Cherokee is also a lighter vehicle, which results in better gas consumption when compared to other Jeep vehicles. The vehicle is also equipped with rear wheel drive, with 60 to the back and 40 to the front.
Fuel Economy:
According to Car Connection, the 2021 Jeep Cherokee 4WD offers a fuel economy of 19 mpg (8.07 kilometres per litre) for the city and 26 mpg (11.05 kilometres per litre) for highway.
Safety:
As a renowned family vehicle, the Jeep Cherokee is equipped with a number of safety features, including adaptive cruise control. Trims:
The 2021 Jeep Cherokee comes with a variety of trim levels, ranging from the basic Sport to the advanced and elite High Altitude. 1. Sport:
Although it may be the base model for the 2021 Jeep Cherokee, the Sport lives up its name as a trim level that is built for play. 4. Altitude:

5. Trailhawk:
As a higher end trim level, the 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk brings forward plenty of power with Jeep Active Drive Lock 4x4 System. You’ll thankfully navigate the roads safely with Blind-Spot Monitoring (which also features Rear Cross Path Detection). Thanks to skid plates that are located on the transmission, fuel tank, underbody and front suspension, you’ll also avoid unwanted damage to the underside of your Trailhawk. As well, you’ve got vegan leather seats in the Trailhawk, for a smooth and sleek look.
6. Limited:
The Limited is anything but limited, as a trim level which introduces luxury to the Jeep Cherokee. With this trim, you can expect leather seats as part of the interiors. Meanwhile, the more practical features include Blind Spot Monitoring and Park-Sense Rear Park Assist System.
7. Trailhawk Elite:
As a premium trim level, the 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk Elite brings us sophistication with nappa leather-faced seating and ventilated front seats for the ultimate in comfort. It’s also loaded with a security alarm, keeping your safety in check at all times, and contains a hands-free power liftgate.
8. High Altitude:
The High Altitude is the highest Cherokee trim level that is offered.
